“Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much.”

- Hellen Keller

Chelsea Children’s Cooperative Preschool is owned and administered by its members. Parents are an integral part of the Co-op — while our highly qualified teachers provide curriculum, structure, and guidance, parents make the program a success!

Assist within the classroom.

A parent cooperative is unique because parents get to see the messy business of preschool firsthand. This goes beyond the mess of paint, glitter, and glue and includes child behaviors and teacher responses that may surprise you.

Join a Committee and/or the Executive Board.

Together we can build a better cooperative with your unique ideas and contributions.

Fundraising.

The cooperative puts the “fun” in fundraising! Fundraising is an ongoing activity throughout the year. Participating in these activities is a great way to meet other Co-op families and to help raise money for your child’s school. Each family is responsible for a $250 fundraising goal. If you have multiple children at the school, that means you’re only responsible for the $250 goal as a family. If you choose to not participate in the fundraising activities and would just like to donate your fundraising goal, that’s alright too! We understand how busy life can get!

Scholarships.

We are pleased to offer partial tuition scholarships to families who need them. Scholarships are open to newly applying families & to existing members. Scholarships can be applied for at any time during the year. The intent of the scholarship is to enable attendance for those who would like to enroll their child but are financially unable to do so & also to help retain students already enrolled in the program whose family’s financial circumstances have changed.

Tuition Information

Tuition is due on the 15th of each month. The first payment is due August 15th, 2023, and covers the month of September. Your last monthly payment will be due on April 15th, 2024. Links and payment options can be found in the link below!
